Nikki Deal Named New Children’s Miracle Network CDO at KU Medical Center

Behind every great organization, there are individuals who make the magic happen. At Children’s Miracle Network, one of those individuals is Nikki Deal, our Senior Administrator of Pediatrics.

Nikki plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of care to pediatric patients across the health system. She provides leadership and supervision to the pediatric staff, manages the daily operations of the department, oversees budgets and staffing, and handles the financial aspects of the department. Despite all the responsibilities she juggles, Nikki consistently prioritizes Children’s Miracle Network.

For years, Nikki has been deeply involved with CMN in her role as Senior Administrator. She plays an integral part in ensuring that funds are allocated where they can make the greatest impact, helps develop patient and charity care processes on campus, and serves as a valued member of the CMN Advisory Committee. Her commitment to CMN and its mission has made her one of its strongest champions.

We’re thrilled to announce that Nikki has been named the Chief Development Officer for the Kansas City market. In this new role, she will continue to help us make an even greater impact on patients and families right here at KU Medical Center!
